Keep a record of time and state

Save electronic record snapshots, timestamps, and hashes. Review blockchain evidence status and its history.

Evidence helps verify an electronic record. It is not an appraisal, authentication, or proof of ownership. Conditions and allowances are shown in the app.

Connect records to real objects

Assign locations, organize labels, and run inventory checks. An object’s QR code connects what is on the shelf to what is in your archive.

Confirm pieces one by one for a clear inventory of your collection.

Private first. Shared by choice

New records are visible only to you. Public exhibition submissions are reviewed, and private provenance fields remain in your own archive.

Ceramics, paintings, calligraphy, jade, miscellaneous objects, and other art collections can all have a home in Yicun. Record names, makers, dates, materials, dimensions, and notes alongside photographs.

Will my collection become public automatically?

No. New records are visible only to you. You choose whether to share a record, create a catalogue, or submit to the public exhibition area. Private provenance fields are excluded from public sharing.

Can I access the same records on different devices?

Available Yicun platforms share account and collection data. Sign in with the same account to continue working with your records. See Download for platform availability.

Does blockchain evidence authenticate an artwork?
