1. Introduction
Yicun (the “Platform”) is developed and operated by 北京鉴否文化传播有限公司 (“we”). We recognize the importance of personal information and protect it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations, following the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information, and how you can manage it. Please read and understand the policy before using the services.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information: the mobile number, email address, WeChat OpenID, nickname, and password you provide or set when registering and signing in. Passwords are stored in encrypted form.
2.2 Identity information: information such as your name and identity-document number that you voluntarily provide when using features requiring real-name verification. Identity-document numbers are stored in encrypted form, with keys held only on the server. They are used to verify identity and open the on-chain account required for blockchain evidence.
2.3 Collection information: collection details, photographs, and descriptions you upload to the archive service. Collection records are visible only to you by default.
2.4 Device and log information: to maintain service security and stability, we may collect device identifiers, operating-system versions, IP addresses, operation logs, crash information, and similar data.
2.5 We collect only necessary information directly related to the services, and do not collect personal information unrelated to them.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account, and provide sign-in and identity verification;
Store, display, and manage your collection records;
Generate blockchain evidence records and sharing links; before you use blockchain evidence, use your real-name information, including an encrypted identity-document number, to request an on-chain account from the blockchain service provider;
Provide customer service and handle questions, appeals, and suggestions;
Protect accounts and data, and prevent risks and cheating;
Carry out other uses you consent to, or other uses permitted by laws and regulations.
4. Storage and protection
4.1 Storage location: personal information is stored on servers within the People’s Republic of China.
4.2 Safeguards: we use technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS encryption in transit, one-way password encryption, access controls, and security audits to prevent disclosure, damage, or loss.
4.3 Retention: personal information is retained while your account exists. You can confirm account deletion in account settings. Account identity information, in-platform collection records, catalogues, and shares are then deleted; uploaded files are cleaned up, with automatic retries on failure. Transaction records that must legally be retained are kept after unnecessary personal information is removed. Records already submitted to a blockchain cannot be withdrawn. After account deletion, in-platform access through the original account is no longer provided.
5. Disclosing information to others
5.1 We do not sell personal information. We do not provide it to third parties except in these circumstances:
You have given explicit prior consent;
Necessary file hashes and time information are submitted to the evidence blockchain to complete a service you requested. A hash itself does not contain personal information that can be reconstructed;
Disclosure is required by laws or regulations, or lawfully requested by a competent authority.
5.2 If we entrust a third party, such as an SMS or cloud provider, to process personal information, we enter into a confidentiality agreement and require protection to a standard no lower than this policy.
6. Your rights
Subject to laws and regulations, you may exercise these rights in relation to your personal information:
Inquire about and access your personal information;
Correct or supplement inaccurate information;
Delete information when statutory conditions for deletion are met;
Withdraw consent you previously gave;
Delete your account.
You can make these requests through the relevant product features or customer-service channels. We will verify, process, and respond to a request within 15 working days of receipt.
7. Minors
The Platform is intended for adults. If you are a minor, use it under a guardian’s guidance and ask the guardian to help you understand this policy and the Terms of Service. If we discover that we collected a minor’s personal information without prior guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
8. Policy updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. We will give notice of major changes through an appropriate method, such as a pop-up or announcement. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
